Apple’s BeatsX wireless earphones delayed until February 2017
Good news: AirPods will just barely make it in time before Christmas. Bad news: Apple’s other pair of highly anticipated wireless headphones, BeatsX, are delayed until February.
The wireless earphones were announced alongside the AirPods and iPhone 7 back in September and were originally slated for launch by the end of the year.

The delay of AirPods is believed to be one possible reason for pushing back BeatsX. Though it’s only a guess, it’s possible Apple wasn’t able to secure enough W1 wireless chips to meet the demand for AirPods and BeatsX this year. Read more…
